Passionate BARISTA for Local Coffee Shop (San Diego)
*Must have excellent customer service skills
*Able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
*Must be able to stand and multi-task in fast pace environment for shift duration
*Must be reliable, have a phone and a car
*Must be flexible and available to work based on store needs
*Need to be available on WEEKDAYS and HOLIDAYS
*Must be detailed oriented, have a strong desire to learn and teach about coffee
*Must be friendly and have a positive personality
*Able to take directions very well and is a fast learner
*Able to react quickly, work efficiently, and effectively deal and resolve conflict situations
RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to):
*Deliver the Local Krave experience of friendly service with a community approach to coffee
*Prepare customer orders as requested accurately and efficiently
*Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee and all other items
*Assist with duties such as cleanup, set up, stocking, prepping, maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment, dish-washing, and handling food items
*Cashier duties
*Other duties not listed may be required
Our shop hours are 6am-8pm 7 days a week. We are mainly looking for weekday help. This is NOT a seasonal job. We are looking for strong candidates to add to our core team as we continue to grow! Compensation: $13/hr plus $3-4/hr in tips
