Lead Cook $17-19/hr

Chateau Lake San Marcos is looking for a Lead Cook that can bring experience, talent and speed to this community. We are a retirement community that strives to create memorable dining experiences. We create several different types of cuisines from around the world to create this memorable experience. We need someone with experience who doesn’t need to be taught how to cook or cut, but is willing to learn our ways of cooking. Need to have great knife skills, cutting techniques, cooking techniques, understanding of several different types of cuisine, and a well rounded respectful individual who will show up to work ready to work and always available when needed.This position offers 401(a), dental, vision and health. We require a TB test, background check and drug screening.
