WE ARE SURVIVING… a Great BOH and FOH Team in Classic French “Farm and Sea to Table” Restaurant with enclosed heated Garden, (30 seat) and dine in (20 seat) in Brooklyn is looking for a talented SOUS CHEF with potential to become the Chef de Cuisine. No room for big EGOS, impeccable leadership skills, deep knowledge of French Cuisine and pastries a given. You must have a strong Culinary background (French a plus) team players always preferred . You will be working in a super friendly, professional, casual fine dining environment. We promise you will learn a lot and hope of course you will give us your expertise in return.
