Assistant Kitchen Manager (San Diego)

 

The Loma Club is searching for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to help lead our team. Located in Liberty Station, we are a historic 9 hole golf course with a large outdoor space that allows us to do a variety of pop-ups and events. We are a rapidly growing company that is working towards using all fresh and local ingredients in the comfort food favorites that we offer.This is a full time position, with a requirement to be available on the weekends.This person’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
– Daily ordering
– Scheduling kitchen staff
– Update daily prep lists
– Supervise staff and assist in training new employees
– Ensure that food is prepared up to standards in a timely manner
– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
– Enforce a safe and respectful work environment
– Work closely with the chef to support efficiency and communication
