HOTEL HOUSEKEEPER – P/T
Hours: Varies 9AM-3PM daily, 5 days/week, holidays & weekend availability required when necessary
Pay: $14.00/hour + Monthly Bonus Plan
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Submit detailed resume/work experience or apply in personGeneral Responsibilities:• Properly and efficiently perform all the cleaning activities of the Hotel’s facilities, including routine and deep cleaning of guestrooms, public areas, back of the house and laundry operations.Primary Functions:
• Clean daily assigned guest rooms, thoroughly and efficiently in accordance to the company’s training and standards.
• Deep clean guest rooms and/or public areas, thoroughly, efficiently as assigned, all in accordance with the company’s training and standards.
• Participate in controlling daily costs per occupied room (CPOR) for all housekeeping activities.
• Work as a team player with the Hotels staff to ensure that the hotel meets or exceeds the company standards for quality and guest satisfaction.
• Satisfy all guest requests and politely greet and acknowledge all guest and hotel associates as encountered in accordance to the hotels training and standards.
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity, take ownership of personal and team actions goals, communicate effectively, promote collaboration, nurture a positive, professional work environment.Specific Responsibilities
• Have a good understanding of all hotel operating procedures.
• Be knowledgeable of room types and standards for supplies.
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, replenish supplies and amenities, inspect and report room ready for sale to the front desk.
• Follow all existing and new housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Comply with the housekeeping staff work schedules and be wiling and able to work any shift and fill in when other employees are not able to work their scheduled shift.
• Follow the company’s appearance and uniform policy.
• Perform deep cleaning and tasks as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
• Maintain public areas clean, attractive, safe and presentable at all times.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and the cleaning carts in a safe, organized and stocked to correct par in a presentable fashion.
• Ensure the prompt and systematic servicing of all guest requests and handle guest complaints effectively.
• Attend departmental meetings.
• Inform the Housekeeping Supervisor of any unique situation or unusual development in housekeeping operations.Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma.
