Front Desk Host – America’s Got Soccer
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Front Desk Host to join our team at America’s Got Soccer, an indoor soccer facility. The Front Desk Host will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by greeting visitors, providing information, handling registrations, and offering products and services. If you’re a friendly, bilingual (English and Spanish) individual with excellent communication and sales skills, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers upon their arrival.
Provide information about our facility, services, and programs.
Assist customers in completing necessary waivers and registration forms.
Cross-sell products, services, and memberships to enhance the customer’s experience.
Collect payments accurately and handle cash transactions.
Answer incoming phone calls and address customer inquiries.
Register children for soccer programs and events.
Coordinate field rentals for games and events.
Maintain a friendly and salesperson-like demeanor throughout interactions.
Qualifications:
– Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a requirement.
– Availability for evening shifts, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, as well as other evenings.
– Full-time availability.
– On-site training will be provided.
