– Greet guests in a friendly and respectable manner and help them submit orders via iPad if necessary

– Maintain a complete knowledge and understanding of menu items

– Ensure guests’ needs are met by keeping beverages full, providing additional condiments and/or food items, and touching tables

– Collect payment and providing change in a timely manner

– Balance end-of-day paperwork, including cash, credit card and due backs with minimal errors, overages or shortages

– Complete side tasks

– Clear and clean tables when guests are finished with their meals and maintain general cleanliness and organization of the dining area

– Supporting other areas of the restaurant as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Must have open availability: late nights and weekends
• Minimum 2 years NYC fast-casual experience
• Be able to fulfill physical requirements of a Runner’s job
• Can-do attitude
• Overall great personality!
