Qualified candidates must have at least one year of experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen, must maintain personal hygiene standards for Food Service Employees and be able to work a rotating schedule including early morning shifts, weekends and holidays as needed. We are looking for reliable, proactive, self-motivated, adaptable people with a passion for the hospitality industry and a willingness to create an amazing guest experience by helping produce/execute the best menu in Pacific Beach. The menu is Modern American Cuisine with with some Italian influences/dishes. Experience cooking pasta and pizza is a plus but not a necessity. Basic verbal communication in English is required.
