Our FOH team is small, so staff are required to be skilled in all areas (bartender, server, barista and expediting and coordinating deliveries). The candidate must have 2 years minimum bartending experience in NYC and be experienced with craft-cocktail making, be fully barista trained and have excellent server skills. Shifts can be prominently bartender or server or both, so you must be confident in all areas.

Be proactive in maintaining the upkeep and presentation of the place behind the bar and customer area
Remain balanced and calm under pressure
Treat staff and customers with respect
Be highly reliable and dependable
Handle delivery orders at the same time as onsite customers, so confident with coordinating with delivery drivers, managing online orders, coordinating with customer on phone and generally expediting
Protect the reputation of the restaurant
Bring ideas to develop and improve the restaurant further, such as adding new cocktails to the menu
