Bolt Brewery is seeking great personalities to work in our Little Italy restaurant. Our unique location boasts a large variety of beer and an affinity for excellent customer service. If you are outgoing, energetic, personable, sales motivated, and a hard worker we have a job for you! We are seeking the best of the best – someone that can bring it – everyday! The right person for the job will have the following:

Server/Bartender (must be able to do both):
3 years serving experience
A deep love and appreciation for delicious craft beer
Full Cocktail experience required
A great attitude
A passion for cleaning
Fun energy
A following of people that love to be around you
Must be an up-selling wizard
Reliable transportation
Weekend availability required (Friday – Sunday)

All candidates must have LEAD training within 5 days of employment and must possess a food handlers card prior to first shift.

Other Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50lbs, twist, turn and bend as needed for this position.
Must maintain an upbeat, positive attitude at all times.
Must be punctual.
Must be able to download and use HotSchedules.
Holidays, nights and weekends required.
