Respected and successful restaurant with a focus on combining a love for CA inspired rustic Italian cuisine and top notch ingredients is in search of a passionate leader to join the team.

$70k-$75k with a little flexibility to go slightly higher for an A+ candidate. Vacation time and group medical plan. This person should be experienced with ordering, checking in orders, inventory, scheduling, daily menu tweaks based on seasonality, and expediting the line. Looking for a passionate mentor to work closely with the Corporate Chef to develop and grow additional talent from team members within. Please still have a love for jumping behind the line and leading by example when needed – really cooking!
