Prior kitchen experience is required. Gus’s team members must be self-motivated, hardworking and focused individuals. This is a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen that requires strong team members working together in a drama-free manner.

We are an upbeat, fast-paced, casual dining restaurant. Our recipe was developed in the 1950’s in Tennessee. Locally, we have locations in Central LA, Burbank and Long Beach. Since we opened in Central LA in the summer of 2016, we have been featured across many magazines and websites including Eater, Zagat, LA Magazine, LA Weekly and Thrillist. In fact, Eater has ranked us as the #1 fried chicken in the city. GQ and Forbes Magazines claim that we have the best fried chicken in the country!
