Summary: Acts as the first point of contact for guests in a professional and timely manner by
performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Greets guests in a professional and timely manner.*
2. Uses Point of Service to enter guest’s order in courteous manner.*
3. Receives accurate payment to complete order.*
4. Follows suggestive selling techniques when taking guest’s orders.*
5. Maintains knowledge of all company products and menu.*
6. Completes guest’s order over the phone accurately and timely.*
7. Answers incoming calls and client’s inquiries and takes detailed messages.*
8. Upholds a neat, orderly and stocked work area at all times.*
9. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,
common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and
interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral
instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Square Point of Sales
software.
Education/Experience:
Less than one year related experience or training.
