Beachfront timeshare resort is looking for PM Housekeeping Attendant for guest rooms and common area cleaning. Duties will include, but not limited to washing windows, mopping/buffing floors, and cleaning glass, railings, doors, and door locks. Cleaning of common area restrooms and management offices is included. Emptying trash receptacles and readying dumpsters for waste management pickup. Other general labor such as sweeping, lifting (up to 35lb), and outdoor work may be assigned. Must have the ability to move and lift heavy objects as well as work standing or walking for an eight hour shift.
Good communication skills for interaction with owners and guests is required. Because of this, prior customer service experience is a plus for this role. Must have the ability to understand written and verbal English instructions including communications over two-way radios.
Evenings and Weekends are required. Selected candidate must pass a national background check and provide documentation showing right to work in the United States.
