Job Description:

The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the restaurant.
Responsible for Back of House supervision of employees, receiving orders, placing orders, controlling
food cost & labor.
The KM oversees the B.O.H. daily prep, HACCP Procedures, line production and cleanliness. The job will
be broken down to 40% Managerial Task; 60% hands on tasks.
Demonstrates strong team work and leadership skills. Has the sight for seeing what is wrong and the
initiative to fix or correct immediately. Never compromises the company standards and communicates
correctly with team members on those standards. Investigates and resolves food quality and service
complaints.
Leads team through corrective coaching and constant training to follow the recipe.

Requirements | Qualifications:
– Management of the team, including scheduling, training, and general supervision
– Oversee that all opening and/or closing duties are completed correctly and that cleanliness
and maintenance are maintained
– Oversee inventory, pars, prep counts, cooking
– Ensures excellent food preparation to the recipe
– Enforce and monitor all health, safety, and sanitation standards
– Work closely with all restaurant personnel to provide a seamless customer experience.
– 5+ years restaurant experience
– Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail
– Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
– High standards of personal hygiene and personal appearance
– Ability to be on feet for 8 – 10 hours at a time
– Experience using POS systems preferred
– If required, must pass background check and random drug test
