The hostess/host must possess the following qualities:

-Must have 1-2 years of experience as a lead or head hostesses in a full-service restaurant
-Knows how to run a wait
-Ability to quote accurate wait times and manage the seating flow of the restaurant
-Open Table experience preferred
-Guest oriented
-Works well under pressure
-Safety focused
-Ability to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers and management
-Ability to work together with a team in a positive manner to achieve a common goal
-Friendly and positive attitude!
-Neat and well groomed
-Ability to lead team and multitask
-Must be available to work holidays
