In search of a line cook for a Mom and Pop Breakfast and Lunch Cafe. We are open 6 days a week. Weekends are mandatory! Job will include:
Preparing foods, such as full breakfast menu, baked goods, full lunch menu. Pep cooking and helping with menu expansion when ready.
Cleaning the workplace and restocking the items, inventory is a must!
Sanitizing the equipment and utensils
Following the regulations and quality control of foods.

Must have a clean background. Must have reliable transportation!!!!!
Experiences in preparing the foods and beverages.
Willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
Good ability in communication and listening.
Must be able to welcome guests in, seat them if needed and or taking togo orders.
Must be okay with running food to the tables and or when fully trained making drinks and helping FOH staff.
Availability to work from 7:15am to 3pm *or when closing work is done. Sat and Sun is from 845 to 3 *again or depending on when work is done.
High commitment to satisfy the customers and provide an excellent service, must be a team player and know that this is a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work as a TEAM we are small but mighty in the kitchen!
