Lowboy / Bar Flores seeks experienced cook to join our growing team. We are a busy kitchen that executes multiple menus for both our bar spaces on property as well as a rapidly growing delivery market. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our team as we expand our offerings and delivery reach. We are a systems-based kitchen where consistency, mutual respect, and communication are paramount. Do not apply if you use tweezers in food; this is not the kitchen for you. We believe in taking care of our team, so compensation is extremely competitive and based on hourly based wage plus whole-house pooled tips.

3-5 years line experience preferred. Ideal candidates must demonstrate clear and established experience running busy stations; must be able to manage and execute a sizable prep list in a quick, precise, and organized manner. Preference will be given to those who have spent time in high-volume, fast-paced environments. We sell a lot of burgers, fries, and burritos, so experience with fast food is a huge advantage. Applicants must be comfortable opening/closing multiple stations and working independently.

This position involves anywhere from 2-4 shifts, either AM or PM depending on experience and willingness. Highly-qualified candidates with management experience who are the right fit have the potential for rapid growth in the company in the near future.
