Key Responsibilities:

As a LOLA 55 Opening FOH Shift Lead you’re responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Primary Responsibilities
Leads and/or performs the opening procedures and set-up to prepare LOLA 55 for a seamless opening every shift
Trains, guides and executes the standard for every FOH team member throughout the shift ensuring that all procedures are followed including clock-in and clock-out enforcement
Manages the shift for the entire restaurant when appointed to do so
Ensures the completion and accuracy of the opening and mid transition checklists
Ensures the FOH team executes their primary and secondary responsibilities
Manages communication to FOH staff in all areas
Acts as a liason between guests and the FOH and the BOH team
Acts as a liason between the FOH and management team, communicating concerns that arise and provides solutions to issues
Manages comps, voids and refunds to company policy and logs special accommodations
Cultivates a culture of hospitality through every client experience and addresses customer interaction relative to their LOLA 55 experience
Manages shift labor and the pulse of the FOH by ensuring proper staff utilization, employee breaks and labor efficiency based on perceived business volume
Inforces and upholds safety and sanitation standards for FOH employees
Feels confident in representing the LOLA 55 voice and speaking up when needed
Secondary Responsibilities:
Ensures menu literacy and FOH verbiage is consistent amongst FOH staff
Leads and/or maintains organization and cleanliness of cashier register, cubbies and counter tops
Assits with the inventory and restocking of FOH supplies throughout each shift, including restocking the bathrooms and ensuring their cleanliness
Identifies and trains a promising employee back up
