We currently have an immediate opportunities for enthusiastic, energetic, Restaurant Managers in our location! We’re looking for a Manager with:

* 2+ years of Casual Dining or Quick Service Management experience
* Experience managing a High Volume restaurant
* Experience in hiring, training, and developing team members
* Experience in managing to a P&L; can effectively manage and control expenses such as food waste & labor
* Passion for building Sales and Rapport within the Kissimmee area
* Ability to lead Marketing efforts within the community
* Tenacity to ensure overall standards are met in the areas of food quality and handling, safety, security, service and cleanliness
* Strong Communication, Leadership, and Organizational skills
* Self -Motivated to perform
* Thrives in a challenging work environment
* Passion for Serving
* Serve Safe Certification a plus
